Judge María Servini spoke about Cristina Kirchner's sentence: "I don't envision a long-term prison sentence."

In a radio interview, Judge María Servini questioned whether former President Cristina Kirchner's six-year prison sentence would be fully served. "It's going to be a daily conflict," Servini explained on Tuesday.

"I don't envision Cristina being held in prison for a long time because house arrest is so problematic, so there comes a time when they can't keep her ," analyzed the head of the National Criminal and Federal Correctional Court No. 1 in Comodoro Py.

Furthermore, the judge asserted that "it's easier to find a political way to resolve Cristina's sentence than a legal one." "What president have you seen who has served his entire prison sentence?" Servini asked.
